Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing FallenSky TCG for your online shopping needs! We strive to make your shopping experience as easy and rewarding as possible. One of the ways we do this is by offering a reliable and efficient shipping service to ensure all packages arrive at your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

 We ship to any deliverable street address within the United States. Currently we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO destinations.

 We ship internationally as well! For international shipments, the address must be a deliverable street address. We are also not responsible for any additional customs fees or charges that are associated with any international package. Please note that these will be charged to you directly by the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to make sure all customs fees are paid for in a timely manner. Any international packages that are returned to us due to the refusal of payment for customs fees will be null and void of any refunds.

 We strive to have all orders packaged and shipped as fast as possible. Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may need additional time to be processed.

 Once your order has been shipped, you will be updated with the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website at any time to view your order history and any tracking information associated with the orders.
